Finance Analyst Newly-created commercial role with future opportunity to set up and grow the function as the business continues to expand. The person in this role will be responsible for making recommendations to senior management based on analysed data and will involve a significant amount of business partnering Company A large technology group has recently acquired a new business, allowing to expand their offering to their existing fan base; they are a fast-paced group who are focused on delivering high quality customer service whilst also identifying and promoting new sales opportunities and now need a strong finance partner to drive this. The role itself will predominantly entail carrying out relevant analysis and utilising this information to make recommendation on existing customers and new opportunities, supporting the SMT, sales and marketing teams, amongst others. Role Varied and busy role providing the business with whatever assistance is needed, from identifying commercial opportunities to calculating margin for existing client base. Duties: Identify commercial opportunities e.g. upselling, tariff changes etc Review of pricing strategy including market research into competitors Preparation of key KPIs Analysis of customers and trends Analysis and reporting of sales stats including commission, targets etc in order to drive that team Benefits In return you will get a competitive base salary circa £50,000 bonus, pension and healthcare.
