SF Group is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract basis based in Leicester. My client is looking for a confident, pro-active and well spoken individual to join their busy finance team. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for: - Ensuring all invoices are processed and authorised within the agreed deadline and accurately - Ensuring all marked up publications are processed within the agreed deadline and accurately - Ensuring that all expenses are checked and processed within agreed deadlines - Dealing with all supplier queries efficiently, effectively and to the satisfaction of the supplier - Reconciling supplier statements in line with the agreed timetable - Managing aged credit items and debits on the creditors ledger on a timely basis - Ensuring a consistent quality of financial transaction services to customers The ideal Purchase Ledger Clerk candidate will have: - Excellent customer and colleague relationship skills - Excellent telephony skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Good attention to detail - Ability to work to deadlines, and to remain calm under pressure - Ability to work as part of a team - Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook and other systems required to perform the role My client is looking to interview as soon as possible for this role.
