Our client, a growing firm in Towcester, Northamptonshire, is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Manager / Partner Designate to lead and grow their Accounting activity within the practice. The firm specialises in tax planning and property projects, and the ideal person will be in charge of overseeing the accountancy practice to support these. The Partners are looking for someone with a blend of skills, including strong business development attributes, who will be able to support them grow the practice alongside managing existing client work with the support of an accountant/bookkeeper. Working with the Partners, they would hope that the successful candidate would be interested in a partnership role, possibly bringing their own following and with significant opportunity to help shape the future of the firm.
