SALARY UP TO £50KPARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY, TRUE LEADERSHIP ROLE, FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/CLIENT MANAGER (Partnership Opportunity) in NORTHAMPTONSHIRE - JO20286 Accountancy Elite are very pleased to be asked again to recruit for a long term client of ours a fresh modern forward thinking firm that incorporates both specialist tax, financial advisory and accountancy services. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced practice accountant/client manager who is looking for a potential partnership in a relatively young exciting firm where they can really take hold of a section of the business and make it there own. Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Job allocation, scheduling and work planning.
• Ensure the accounts team has the resources, capacity and motivation to meet the business objectives.
• Pursue any business development opportunities including cross selling opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Review all work leaving the office to ensure it's at the highest standard.
• Be a key part of the senior team with real input on the running of the practice/business.
• Development of strong relationships with new and existing clients including development of the business moving forwards.
• Training and supervision/mentorship of a team of staff.
• Work with IRIS & XERO accounting software. Candidate Attributes:
• ACCA/ACA qualified with strong practice experience including managing a team.
• In depth knowledge of accounting standards, industry specifics and their applications.
• Possess the ability and desire to develop the business and represent the company to new clients.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen, profitability and risk awareness.
• Knowledge of IRIS and Xero software ideal. Benefits: Salary from £35k - £50k but will be flexible for the right candidate. Real potential for partnership. Flexible working including a 4 day week.
