Are you an experienced compliance professional looking for your next career move? Do you have experience partnering with your stakeholders to support with compliance best practice? If so, you may be interested in our new Compliance Business Partner opportunity for Shared Services which would see you play a key role in supporting and advising our support functions including Marketing and HR. Package: An annual salary of c£42k with excellent benefits including 23 holiday days (plus your birthday off), private medical insurance and gym and pet insurance discounts. What you`ll get up to as Compliance Business Partner - Shared Services To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be: Assisting with the delivery of the business-facing aspects of our Risk and Compliance Plan Supporting the business with queries on regulatory process and technical issues Providing advice to the 1st Line of Defence functions Building strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a positive image of Risk and Compliance Assisting with identifying relevant training needs and planning training activities What we look for in you Experience working in Compliance within the financial services sector Knowledge of the FCA handbook, and General Insurance products and services A relevant degree or recognised industry accreditation or professional qualification Ability to influence stakeholders to gain buy-in A consultative approach to business relationship management What Animal Friends is all about Animal Friends has grown to become not only an award-winning business but one of the largest pet insurance providers in the UK.
