A financial services business is seeking a standalone compliance officer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come and make the role their own and has lots of senior stakeholder engagement. Key

responsibilities:
Delivery of regulatory change projects and other compliance initiatives when required Maintenance and development of the Compliance Monitoring Programme; develop and deliver training packages to staff under direction of the management Take responsibility for designing, producing and managing compliance processes and management information or providing advice to specific business areas Develop existing frameworks, policies and procedure and advise senior management on necessary changes Running KYC checks on new clients Successful candidates will have: Ideally 5 years compliance experience within financial services (regulated or non-regulated) Experience working within senior stakeholders A degree (preferable) as well as compliance certificates Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
