We are currently looking for an Assistant to support the Global Audit and Assurance Learning team perform its above mentioned activities and to act as a point of contact for Audit and Assurance technical training. The Position - Events organisation: planning and managing the logistics of training events in different regions of the world, planning and supporting the delivery of webinars including registrations and attendance records. - Supporting the design and distribution of the quarterly AASL Learning Newsletter - Support training activities through the use of technology tools - Collecting data, conducting surveys, analysing feedback and creating reports and presentations - Support in formatting and other presentation related activities for new training - Updating of existing training courses (under different formats: presentations, webinars, e-learning). Improving format of training materials and updating the guidelines on how to prepare training materials. - Updating library of training materials up to date - Participating in the improvement of the Learning Management System, working closely with the technical team in charge of such LMS - Research (benchmarking) on learning providers and relevant technology tools - Maintain audit and assurance training contact lists Person Specification The Requirements We are looking for a university graduate (or equivalent) fluent in both spoken and written English with the following skills:
• Strong organisational skills and autonomy
• Motivated by delivery and speed to outcome
• Ability to work in an agile environment with colleagues across different locations
• Comfortable using and experimenting with different technology solutions
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in events organisation
• International exposure would be an asset
