Group Management Accountant £45,000 to £50,000 per annum Ruislip, West London Permanent, Full-Time Due to expansion, my client is now recruiting a highly experienced finance professional to manage the main aspects of financial management supported by a team of Accountants, Administrators and a Group Accounts Manager, based at their office in Ruislip. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to join a highly motivated and forward looking, acquisitive business undergoing an exciting time in their journey. This role will provide a platform for progression and development and allow true value-add to the organisation. Key Deliverables - Creating a robust process for cash management on a 2 weekly/monthly basis - Preparation of cash flow forecast weekly, 45 day and 12 monthly - Prepare the consolidations for both group and statutory reporting - Assist in preparing management information reports for key stakeholders - Looking for ways to continually improve processes and systems across the team - Lead business plans/forecasting for future projects on both acquisition and organic development - Introduce new IT solutions for accounting operations to streamline processes About you - Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, preferably with in-depth technical experience in preparing and or reviewing group accounts - Very strong MS Excel skills - Experience across the operational, managerial and strategic finance functions in a business - Ability to use information and data to form the basis of negotiation and business decisions - Technically strong and commercially minded - Creative thinker - leading implementation of new systems and procedures that make a difference - Able to work autonomously while leading, coaching, mentoring and growing the finance team Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
