Description

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

  • Liaising closely with the Operations/Financial Director and our external accountant, bookkeeper and payroll.
  • Managing the administration of accounting functions
  • Paying bills
  • Keeping financial and HR records
  • Collating financial records and making reports
  • Managing payments in and out
  • Invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Weekly Cashflow updates
  • Managing new joiners process from recruitment to induction, ensuring all paperwork and employee checks are completed efficiently and fully
  • Other admin and support jobs commensurate with the role and with working for a small team. E.g. answering the phone, supporting the office Manager where needed

Profile

The successful Candidate:

  • 3 years relevant experience desirable
  • Excellent IT skills including use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience of using Sage package or similar (preferred)
  • Excellent organisational skills and detail accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm and reliability
