Financial Accountant job in Liverpool working for a growing Legal Firm £45000 to £50000.

A large legal firm based in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to play a leading role in their finance function. The business is growing rapidly with impressive results to date which have come from their reputation for excellence and strong leadership from an experienced Board.

Your new role
As Financial Accountant, reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage a small but experienced finance function. You will be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts for the board, and will delegate work to the team to ensure that the accounts are maintained to a high standard.
You will ensure financial controls are maintained and will also look to improve processes in a demanding environment.
At the Year End you will produce all Corporate and Statutory returns.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified accountant with a strong understanding of solicitors accounts. You do not need to have experience of SAR but you will likely have trained within a practice and will have audited solicitors firms.
