I am currently working with a growing Lloyd's insurer looking to hire a syndicate reporting manager in a newly created role. Your new role
You will be responsible the management and oversight of the syndicate accounting team, reporting into the syndicate controller. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Syndicate regulatory and management reporting
- Balance sheet management for 3 syndicates
- Management and leadership of syndicate team
- Project management and leadership related to process, controls and systems.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with PQE in the insurance sector, specifically the Lloyd's market. You will need proven syndicate accounting experience and demonstrate a desire to manage and develop staff. Previous process improvement experience would be highly beneficial.
