Group Financial Controller

Your new company
This fast paced tech business is currently undergoing a major divisional transformation. They have grown significantly over the past couple of years, organically and through acquisition. As a result, they are a seeking an Interim Group Financial Controller to assist the Group Finance Director.

Your new role
As Group Financial Controller you will ensure that the processes in place are effective and lead on new system and process re-design, when required. Supporting the Directors and Management team with expected growth strategies including acquisitions . You will be responsible for month end close and balance sheet control whilst managing and heading up a team of 5 finance business partners.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with prior experience of working in a similar role. You will have led and mentored teams. Prior experience of working within a finance transformation would be advantageous to the position.

What you'll get in return
