Based in Worthing town centre this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a not for profit organisation who are directly supporting their local community. The purpose of your role is to manage approximately 140 customer cases with the aim of arranging a repayment plan for their loan. Once contact has been established you will be fully responsible for your customers and it is the entirely up to you how you communicate and manage them. Working within FCA guidelines you will build strong relationships with your customers to gain an emotional connection and loyalty. This is a unique role and if you are used to working in a call centre it will be a complete change because of the lack of targets and complete autonomy. You will form part of a small team who work collaboratively and your strengths will include an assertive, respectful, resilient, self aware and committed nature. You will work Monday to Friday a combination of 9-5 three days per week and 12-8 two days per week, you decide which days you will work these hours. There are also Saturdays mornings on a monthly basis which are given off as time in lieu.
