Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for a well-established and highly sought after organisation based in Central London as they are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to support the strategic direction of the organisation. As Finance Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with the wider finance team to provide forecast and influence the strategic direction of the organisation. As a member of the strategic team, you will be working with directors and senior decision makers to deliver the strongest possible financial advice for key decisions to be made. Your responsibilities will include: Deliver prompt and accurate management accounts, ensuring data output reconciles to other reporting. Quality assurance and challenge to ensure accuracy of data used to support robust forecasting, feeding back via business partners where data is inadequate or inaccurate. Retain a record of monthly variance analysis and explanations of material / sensitive / volatile areas in actual expenditure, budget and forecasts. Oversight of the Risk & Opportunities Register, ensuring monthly analysis of financial data The successful candidate will be a part/fully qualified accountant with a strong track record of analysing and reporting on complex financial information. You will have experience of developing and building complex excel models as well as strong communication skills. Excellent technical skills across a wide range of financial disciplines and a proven ability to apply them effectively as is having credibility with senior colleagues and stakeholders and the ability to influence decision-making. The role requires an individual who takes ownership of their workload and has the ability to deliver reports in a timely manner, and able to improve existing processes.
