An excellent opportunity has risen for a Bookkeeper to join a Quality Real Estate Development Company based in Greater London. This client is looking for a Bookkepper with at least 3 years' experience of independently preparing statuary accounts, and knowledge of Intracompany reconciliations.

The Client:
We are a fast growing boutique property investment company with a team that brings many years' experience from all over the world. With a portfolio of over £200 million invested in properties with GDV, the company is looking to increase its investments significantly. The Bookkeeper will be Responsible for:
• Updating books with invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Recording the loans between the companies
• Supplier invoices
• Intracompany reconciliations
• Intracompany accounts
• Preparation of the P&L and balance sheet for each company Job Offer: Salary £28000 - £33000 (Depending on experience) Private health care employer matching the pension to 5%
