Consumer Additions are currently partnering with a fast-growing tech businesses which has proven to be a real success story, having grown from a 1 million to a 50 million turnover business, with plans for further extensive growth. The business is now looking to shape their finance team for continued success and are looking to hire a Financial Controller to build and shape a world class finance function. The accounting and reporting responsibilities are currently all out-sourced, and this person will be responsible for bringing this in house and creating a 'best practice' finance function. Key responsibilities will include: Creating a cash flow forecasting process for multiple entities across multiple currencies Implementing an AP system with key visibility across the business Producing a monthly management reporting process Overseeing all accounting duties - balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, Creating and building a finance team Who we are looking for: A qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Experience with multi-currencies is highly desirable Demonstrable experience managing a finance function and implementing process and procedure Experience within a high growth business is highly desirable An extensive background in accounting and control.
