The role of Financial Controller is a leadership role - developing the team and their environment so as to foster and develop significant change. The role is aimed at driving improvements and efficiency in process, systems and controls across the business and through effective leadership, maximising and level of potential that is realised by the team. This is a fast paced, complex, international and growing business which, for the right person will provide a superb opportunity to add real value within a high-profile role. The role will cover the day to day accounting functions including Treasury, AP & AR, Payroll, reporting, cashflow, along with various statutory requirements. You will work closely with commercial finance, pick up projects and improve controls. You will have a clear vision of what best practice looks like and the ability to lead your team in achieving it.
