Our client has recently undergone significant growth, and is seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant, on a part time basis to work with the existing team and support the Financial reporting and year end process. Duties will include: finalising the year end accounts: statutory reporting; Financial reporting: cashflow reporting and treasury; compiling working papers and corporation tax pack for submission to tax accountants; assisting audit with external auditors; VAT and intrastat reporting; there will also be some exposure to management accounts, budgeting and forecasting; ad hoc duties when required. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and statutory reporting skills and have significant exposure to VAT and compliance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. This is a Part time role and the client is very flexible as to the hours worked around the structure of a 3 or 4 day week , or 5 condensed days
