Salary:
£20-£25k during training period (approx. 3 months) with potential rise at the end of this period. About the role: As part of the Central Operations team, you will be working across a diverse and challenging range of companies. One area of the Group which has grown significantly in recent years is the world's largest philosophy and music festival. The successful candidate would also gain detailed exposure to this new and exciting area. After a rigorous 3-month training period covering the core elements of finance and business systems management across our divisions, the successful candidate will work within the Group's finance department with regular contact with Division Heads as well as the CEO and Financial Director of the Group. You will gain the skills and experience required to produce and analyze performance data, before recommending and implementing change to improve company processes and systems. You will learn what it takes to run a number of successful businesses in the digital age, as well as enjoy the opportunity to contribute to company-wide systemic change. About you: This position suits a candidate who is interested in finance and management consultancy and who would thrive in a rapidly expanding head office based in the heart of London. This is a demanding, fast-paced and highly rewarding role. Candidates must be able to learn exceptionally fast and must have a 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a numerate discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable but not essential as long as you can demonstrate aptitude and the ability to learn. The successful candidate will be very commercially minded and looking for a rapidly advancing career.
