Im currently recruiting for a prestige company based in South Staffordshire. Due to considerable growth i have three positions within their accounting team that im looking to recruit for. Asset Accountant, Finance Accountant and Statutory Financial Accountant The company is growing year on year - organically and through acquisition. Time to put your career on the map Study support offered, my client would consider a qualified or part Qualified Accountant / Assistant Accountant for this role, as long as they have Statutory accounting exposure. To ensure we are accounting for the business in accordance with UK GAAP and US GAAP along with the internal and external associated reporting requirements. Assist with the preparation of the Company's UK Corporation Tax Return ensuring the business complies with all HMRC rules and guidelines while maximising the company's return. Produce reporting requirements for Statutory Accounts Produce Corporate Reporting Pack monthly Review intercompany transactions and reconcile monthly Continuous improvement to current processes to work in an efficient and timely manner Preparing Subsidiaries monthly financial accounts. Supporting with Group consolidation and balance sheet review Liaising with Subsidiaries to enhance and improve processes and reporting Assisting with the preparation of group and subsidiaries financial statutory accounts Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS,UK/US GAAP) Record, reconcile and analyse intercompany accounting activities Assist in the calculation of long funded lease tax calculation. Assisting with the preparation of UK Corporation Tax Returns Assist as and when required in the on boarding of new acquisitions.
