A highly successful and entrepreneurial firm of accountants in Manchester are currently recruiting for an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to join their team as a result of the growth of their client portfolio. They are looking for someone to ultimately progress to Audit & Accounts director/partner level. This portfolio has grown through recommendation as a result of their superb reputation as one of the regions market leaders and excellent service delivery to the businesses they work alongside and ultimately help grow into more profitable organisations. The remit of the role will include: Taking responsibility for planning, field work and completion of statutory audits in a variety of industries, including substantial groups Preparing individual and group statutory accounts under UK GAAP, including FRS102 Supervising audit teams on site to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget You must be either ACA/ACCA qualified and have a relevant public practice background. Ongoing professional development will be provided for progression and benefits are commensurate with a top flight firm such as they are.
