Company Accountant (Senior Group Role) Experienced Company Accountant required by one of the leading creative media brands throughout NI & ROI. Liaising closely with the MDs and Board of Directors, as Company Accountant you will undertake a varied and dynamic role, which will challenge you to progress your career and bring your abilities to the next level. What the role involves; Leading and guiding the finance team Taking full responsibility for all aspects of the group accounting function Ensuring robust and compliant controls are in place to support future growth Identifying and implementing system & process improvements Developing, mentoring and coaching finance staff Management and liaison with banking providers (including ID) Preparation & analysis of management accounts and reporting Preparation of financial accounts and statutory returns (UK & ROI) Budgeting and forecasting, with presentation of analysis to the Board Oversight and review of UK & ROI Payroll To be considered for this role, candidates must be fully qualified with at least three years' experience, high degree of commercial acumen, and a commitment to ongoing development of the finance function; through both developing the team, and the implementation of technology to support ongoing efficiencies.
