The Management Accountant role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely reporting of financial information and providing financial support to the senior management team. Working closely with the finance functions key stakeholders, strategically important customers and the wider team, the successful applicant will have a proven track record of building effective relationships, delivering solutions and will be able to demonstrate a track record of value creation. The role:- Responsible for full production of all management accounts for the site. Development of reporting systems and data capture. Analysis of weekly variances to budget. Accruals and prepayments. Budget and forecast preparation. Periodic balance sheet reconciliation's. Advising on financial impact of regional decisions. Ad hoc projects as required by senior management. Providing commercial finance support and guidance to key stakeholders through a business partnering approach. Positively influence and strengthen working relationships with key stakeholders and customers. The person:- The ideal candidate will be qualified CIMA or ACCA with comprehensive knowledge of management accounts. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate their ability to influence at all levels and have a proactive, challenging nature and the ability to develop a culture of continuous improvement.
