Blackburn area Job type: Permanent Our client, a global business who are based in the Blackburn area, are looking for a senior Credit Controller/analyst to add to their established team. The purpose of the role is to carry out Credit Control duties and be a key point of contact for the team and clients. The role would suit a self-motivated and balanced individual who enjoys challenges and building long-lasting customer relationships. The role: Responsible for maintaining the ledger Managing the daily sales invoicing, manual invoicing, credit notes and debit notes processes Maintaining the cashbook including posting receipts and payments Reviewing and maintaining customer credit limits, customer payment terms and customer master data Implementing effective credit control processes and timely collection of all outstanding debt Responsible for timely and accurate month end close of the ledger Preparing and processing month end accruals Reviewing and maintaining the bad debt reserve account Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations Managing the company credit card process and expense accounts Managing the monthly debtor reporting and analysis process Various adhoc tasks as required Job requirements: -3 years of doing credit control -Proactive and motivated -Excellent verbal and written communication In return you will be working in a friendly environment with great opportunities in the future.
