An excellent opportunity has arisen to apply for the role of Financial Controller in Consumer Adhesives. This is a challenging role that provides the successful applicant with the opportunity to use their expert financial advice and business partnering skills to the full as an integral member of the Consumer Adhesives Team in UK and Ireland. Financial Controller responsibilities include: Ensure fast, timely and reliable reporting following the internal rules and guidelines of the local Business Unit and in line with Corporate Standards Proactively provide fast, accurate and reliable analysis of standard and ad-hoc topics Provide a consistent and detailed follow up of relevant business targets, offering early warning, advice about risks and opportunities and show potential impacts and provide recommendations Support the decision-making process of the local and regional management Proactively participate in / coordinate specific projects or task force inside the Business Unit Ensure adherence to Financial Reporting requirements Support local external and internal auditors Ensure process templates, procedures and tools are correctly and efficiently applied Actively contribute to the creation of a compliance culture including adherence to Corporate Standards and action alerts on specific issues The ideal Financial Controller: Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent Experience of project implementation and organisational change is advantageous Finalist or Fully qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge A knowledge of SAP is desirable If you have excellent management skills, take your chance to help shape the digital future together with us as our Financial Controller .
