greenwellgleeson have been instructed to recruit a Group Reporting Accountant to join a rapidly growing, PE backed business based in Worcester. With a current turnover of circa £50million but growing this is an exciting opportunity to join a business with unique progression opportunities. The main purpose of the role is to support the Finance Director with all Group reporting requirements including the delivery of routine management and statutory consolidations. Key Accountabilities: Full responsibility for preparing group monthly consolidated management accounts. Preparation of statutory accounts and tax packs including compliance across the Group. Full responsibility for the group balance sheet, including performing detailed reviews of the balance sheet ensuring the risk to the P&L is minimised. Produce robust monthlyMI, as well as financial forecasts and budgets. Holding necessary reviews withy owners of reconciliations to ensure all items are cleared in a timely manner. Supporting the FD with strategic projects. We are looking for a fully qualified accountant ( ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong technical understanding of group reporting and IFRS group accounting. A Practice background is preferable but not essential as well as Private Equity exposure.
