An exciting opportunity in our Finance team overseeing all of the company's Europe financials and reporting internally and to Head Office. This is a critical role to demonstrate to our new owners that we are 'all over our numbers' and will have extensive exposure to Head Office finance. Key areas of responsibility are: oManage timely and accurate consolidation and submission of all monthly financials (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) oEnsure robust financial controls in place, eg balance sheet reconciliations oEnsure statutory, legal and tax compliance, leading relationships with professional advisers oProvide dynamic financial forecasting and lead annual planning cycles oManage liquidity - treasury, cash forecasting, funding As a key member of the Finance team you will be a strong contributor of an efficient finance service that drives a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement and ensures business engagement and satisfaction is continually maintained. • Highly numerate, articulate and professional, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and track record of gaining good understanding of ERP systems.
• Fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5 -10 years PQE
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and understanding of working in complex businesses.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen and ability to engage with financial and non-financial stakeholders and articulate complex financials.
• Highly numerate, articulate and professional, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and track record of gaining good understanding of ERP systems.
