A great opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Billing Specialist working 25 hours per week to join a fantastic company based in Slough. Operating under supervision, the Billing Specialist is accountable for all aspect of billing, revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliations. Job duties include: To read, understand (so as to identify Revenue Reconciliation deal breakers) and load on to SAP all contracts received. Maintain contracts on SAP Issue invoices and credit memos to customers. Reviewing and calculating billable expenses Filling customer invoices. Update, Customer PO log, contract and invoice register. AR and Deferred GL account reconciliations. Revenue recognition. Complete and file SOX documentation. Communicate regularly with Project and Finance Managers to ensure all information is received. To be considered: Minimum of A-Levels or equivalent required. Degree preferred. Minimum 1 years' experience of contract billing preferably in a shared service centre.
