I am representing a client based in Bradford (BD4) who have A fantastic opportunity to join their well-established distribution company as a Accounts Manager. The role will be, reporting directly to the Director of the company with great career development opportunities in the future. You will be responsible for:
• General ledger
• Cash flow
• VAT returns
• Budgets
• Bank reconciliation
• Liaising with the Accountants
• Producing the monthly management accounts
• Preparing and publishing monthly financial statements,
• Assisting key business units in creating budgets/forecasts, posting journal entries, support month, quarter and year end closing process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Ideally you will have at least 3 years overall accounting and finance experience with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong IT Skills are also essential in this role. This role is, working within a small team and you will need to be resilient, adaptable and be able to work on multiple projects.
