Interaction Accountancy and Finance have the pleasure to be working with an industry leading company based in the Huntingdon area that are looking for a Tax Manager to join their existing team, this role is being offered on either a permanent or contract basis. The Tax Manager will focus on UK taxes as well as co-ordinating tax matters across European subsidiaries. And the role will consist of, but not be limited to, the following key roles and
responsibilities:
• Develop policies and systems for the accurate preparation of tax provisions and compliance with tax requirement.
• Maintain an up to date awareness of UK accounting rules and their impact on the business.
• Preparation of UK tax computations and CT600s.
• Co-ordinate tax compliance and filings for European subsidiaries with external advisors and local finance managers.
• Support enquiries on European tax matters, including tax audits.
• Provide support to EMEA Finance on ad-hoc matters (eg withholding taxes from customers).
• Liaise with UK and overseas tax advisors. This role will suit an experienced Tax Manager who is looking to join an international organisation at an exciting time in their history. The ideal candidate for this Tax Manager position will be full qualified with 3 years PQE, will have strong accounting and analytical skills and will have had exposure to GAAP financial reporting.
