Accounts Assistant - Gainsborough Chase & Holland are working with a leading manufacturer in Gainsborough who are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their existing finance team due to growth of the company. You will be responsible for assisting the finance team to provide world-class service to other departments within the business and help to improve and develop systems and procedures. Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of the purchase ledger, managing queries from other departments and managing payments Assisting with the chasing of invoices Covering payroll for roughly 50 employees - full training will be provided for this Assisting with month end and reconciliations Cover for VAT submissions Key Requirements and Preferences: Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or Accounts Assistant is preferable Experience managing own workload Must have excellent communication skills In return you'll receive: The opportunity to work for a well-established and growing manufacturing company 22 days holiday plus stat - rising to 25 after service at the company Competitive company pension If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Accounts Assistant opportunity, click 'apply now'.
