Global Payroll Specialist required for a successful company in the settlement of Edinburgh. The company are an established presence in the Scotland Euro Region of the UK.; they're a stable, yet forward-looking organisation who are leaders in their field. Right now, they are going through a period of growth, and are looking to bring on employees who are keen to ensure that they move in the direction of the company's growth plans. You'll be working within their talented Finance team and reporting to the Global Shared Services Manager, this role requires the ability to develop close working relationships with colleagues across many departments throughout their worldwide organisation whilst acting as a front-line representative with their benefit and payroll providers. You will have an active role in their global payroll operations ensuring that each stage of the payroll process for our Europe and Asia employees are actioned efficiently and accurately. You'll be someone with a genuine passion for Payroll, and experience with Global Shared Services environment. You'll also have most of the following key skills or experience: Experience with ADP Streamline SAP super user and project lead Process Europe and Asia payroll every pay period Global accounts and reconciliations relating to payroll. Responsible for auto enrolment and pension administration The company are based in settlement of Edinburgh which is within the electoral area of Meadows/Morningside Ward in the administration area of City of Edinburgh Council located in the Scotland Euro Region of the UK.
