Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a well know, forward thinking business based in Chesterfield; who are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for 3 months, to assist the team during a busy period. This role will be responsible for performing ad-hoc duties across accounts payable and receivable, including cash allocation and posting payments. Duties and responsibilities will include: -Completing supplier statement and cashbook reconciliations -Processing invoices -Maintaining all customer accounts, ensuring everything is accurate -Cash Allocation -Processing BACS payments -Providing ad-hoc duties to support the finance team -Posting journals -Credit Control & Purchase Ledger The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences: - Experience working in a similar role is a MUST - Credit Control experience is essential - Available to start on 10th June 2019 - Attention to detail in a fast-paced, challenging environment - Intermediate Excel skills (Look Ups, Pivot Tables etc.) - World class customer service skills This is a fantastic opportunity for any finance individual to join a professional, forward-thinking organisation.
