Legal Entity Reporting Accountant
Your new company
A leading specialty insurer are looking to recruit a qualified finance professional to take on a key role within the legal entity reporting team based in London. The company boasts a market leading reputation and are based in fantastic offices in a London landmark.
Your new role
The roles primary focus is the preparation of regulatory and statutory reports to the PRA, overseas regulators and the various board committees. Some of the key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Monthly group reporting under US GAAP for 2 entities
- Preparation of quarterly management reports for the entities
- Prepare quarterly and annual company accounts for Lloyds, PRA and DFSA
- Preparation of selected entities statutory accounts
- Extensive data analysis to support decision making
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with insurance sector and London market experience highly advantageous. You will need a strong understand of UK GAAP and US GAAP alongside regulatory reporting knowledge. You will need to able to communicate clearly and work to challenging deadlines both as part of the team and autonomously.
