Finance Manager for a Start-Up Winter Sports Company

Your new company
This start-up have moved into the scale-up phase of their growth and are now looking to expand their finance team by bringing in a permanent Management Accountant/Financial Controller. This company have plan to increase their revenue four fold over the next couple of years and to further increase their global exposure. This business offer a true Start-Up feel environment with a collaborative team and working environment that encourages progression and development within the business. The company sell their stock on multiple platforms and have innovative ways of advertising and selling their products.

Your new role
This position will be a hands on role reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller. You will be:

• Managing junior employees
• Preparing the Monthly Management Accounts
• Maintaining the Company P&L
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Helping to improve processes within the Finance Function
• Assisting with Treasury Management

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be:

• A Qualified Accountant
• Currently in an all round Management Accountant/Finance Manager role
• Retail/FMCG Experience desirable
• Active interest in Sports/Winter Sports
