Page Personnel are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a large organisation, which is based just outside of Lincoln city centre. This role is initially covering a 12 month maternity leave, but an internal permanent opportunity may arise during this period.
Our client is a large and growing organisation based just outside of Lincoln city centre.
The Accounts Assistant will be working as part of a team of c. 18, and will be reporting directly into the Finance Manager. Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- balancing internal accounts
- BACs processing
- processing staff expenses
- inter company journals
- supporting non-finance staff with their credit control
- bank reconciliations
- querying payments
To apply for this role, you will have the ability to organise your own workload and will have some experience of working in a finance function.
This is initially a 12 month contract position, but our client is a growing organisation and has a large finance function, so permanent opportunities may become available. Our client is offering:
- a salary of c. £19,550
