This is a really exciting opportunity to join a fast growth SME to help them get to the next level. The FD will responsible for a team of 6 while also acting as right-hand person to their CEO, providing ongoing support and guidance to help ensure the company plans are viable and in line with financial objectives. They ideally want people with start-up or scale up experience and at least 8 years post qualified. There may be permanent opportunities for the right candidate. The main responsibilities are: You will have overall responsibility for the financial management, cost control and cash management of the company. You will minimise risk by developing and implementing financial disciplines and controls. You will develop and oversee the company's financial strategy and provide strategic financial advice and proposals to the CEO, Senior Management Team and the Board.
