Vargo is recruiting exclusively fora Compliance Officer on a permanent basis. The role will work in a growing compliance team within Financial Services in Cardiff. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in FCA regulatory compliance and will assist with a number of key projects, enabling our client to meet its conduct and compliance requirements. You will have demonstrable experience of providing advice to a number of business areas on how to comply with the FCA handbook and deliver good customer outcomes. Previous experience in compliance and/or conduct risk is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills and with good attention to detail.
