Director - Growth & Acquisition Finance Our clients' Regional Business Banking teams are growing. They have an ambitious plan to support local businesses that turnover in excess of £10m per annum and have debt requirements in excess of £2m.They're following a strategy of being a niche business bank aligned to a sector enabled strategy. An opportunity has arisen to join one of their Business Banking Teams in London. They seek an experienced and successful banker to be an instrumental part of the team as they continue on their growth journey. The successful candidate will preferably have experience of operating in the central London market and will be currently working in a banks front office Structured, Leveraged or Acquisition Finance team. This is a business development focused relationship manager role and the successful candidate will contribute towards well managed growth and support the Business Centre Leader in achieving high performance results within a framework that respects customer, team, compliance and operational excellence standards. Who you are The role holder will be required to place strong emphasis on delivering a brilliant relationship management service to customers and originating and executing new Growth & Acquisition Finance opportunities in line with business plans - debt sizes ranging from £2m to £20m. The role holder will have a strong part to play in growing the Business Centre's profile in the area. What you'll need
• 5 Years Commercial/Corporate Banking experience specifically within a banks front office Structured, Leveraged or Acquisition Finance team
• Strong Credit experience gained in a Relationship Management and/or Credit Risk role
• Able to demonstrate a strong business growth track record and an ability to win new business
• Excellent communication, networking and influencing skills What else should you demonstrate?
