My Client is one of London's most established fashion brands. The company are currently seeking a Head of Finance to sit in their commercial team. My client has mastered their craft over 100 years and is now considered a part of British culture. The company operate all over the world and their clothes can be seen draped on some of the biggest stars around the globe. The Head of Finance will sit alongside the core finance function and will be responsible for leading on commercial strategy and pricing of new lines. Leading and growing the commercial finance function Offering comprehensive analysis on costs and pricing of new lines Business partnering extensively with the CEO and core finance team Setting company KPI's and reporting to the board Monitoring and forecasting of cash flow Oversight of development and improvement of business reporting Working closely with COO to create the operational budget Desired Skills and Experience: Must be fully qualified Must have prior luxury retail experience Highly motivated and pro-active self starter Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/86848673
