Assistant Management Accountant | 3 month contract | Castle Donington | £15-£18p/h Macildowie are currently working with a Manufacturing business based near Castle Donington on a 3 month contract. You will be working closely with the Finance Manager to assist in the preparation of management accounts, journals, and any ad hoc work that comes up between month ends. This role is to cover whilst they recruit on a permanent basis, so this is a good opportunity to come into this role and demonstrate your abilities and state your claim for the permanent position.

Responsibilities:
Preparing monthly accounts Quarterly VAT submissions Balance sheet prep and inter company ledgers Accruals and prepayments Assisting with the planning and forecasting cycles, and reporting the cash position You will be immediately available or available to start at very short notice as they need someone in situ this month.
