An experienced Financial Controller is required to join our client in Doncaster in a newly created, pivotal Finance role. The Business is growing at an accelerated rate as a result of securing vast external investment and has ambitious plans to go public via IPO within the next 2 years. The recruitment of an experienced, Qualified Accountant who can join them as their Number one in finance is of great importance to the Business as it is moves forward. This is a fantastic opportunity to literally build from very solid foundations in creating robust financial controls, processes and reporting which are in line with required accounting standards. The ideal applicant will be responsible for the following areas: Producing monthly management accounts including analysis of P & L and balance sheets Consolidating the accounts for 8 different areas of the Organisation Collating the Board Pack Setting up systems, processes and controls to manage large amounts of cash and driving cashflow and collections Reconciling and updating stock schedules Extracting live data from the database on a routine basis and providing meaningful management information across a range of key business areas Analysing and interpreting KPI's for the Management team Working in conjunction with IT to develop software applications / integration in line with the needs of the business The business has a modern, relaxed culture and hours of work are flexible within the contracted 40 hours per week.
