Reporting into the Finance Director, this is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant with relevant previous experience to join an exciting, growing international business. The main duties of the role include preparing the financial statements for the UK LLP in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts and associated commentary. You will be responsible for monitoring firm time recording, cash position, Aged WIP and Aged Receivables, taking action to ensure firm lock-up is minimised and maintaining cashflow forecasts for the firm. The Financial Controller will ensure transactions are processed in accordance with UK Solicitor's Accounts Rules, prepare accounts for UK, USA and French tax purposes and oversee payroll in each office location, ensuring taxes and benefits are properly reported. Applicants must be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualified experience and have experience of operating finance processes in accordance with UK Solicitor's Accounts Rules. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of LLP accounting and experience of working in an international and multi-currency environment.
