We are currently looking for 2 skilled Business Analyst's to join our busy team in the heart of Romford. The Successful candidates will perform a key role in the on-going design, development and maintenance of our advanced Life & Pensions Administration systems. As well as being involved in analysing and defining solutions to solve business issues. We currently have 2 roles available one is permanent and the other is for 12 months. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs Produce high level business design solutions for the ODC development team Work closely with the ODC testing team and Test SMEs to conduct testing to meet project timelines Produce and gain approval to High Level Solution Design (HLSD) Responsible for ensuring that all documentation accurately reflects the current status of changes and outstanding issues To effectively contribute to each project by focusing on the required outcomes To keep the BA Team Leader/Release Manager regularly informed of progress, raising key issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner Undertake any other duties as assigned by the line manager The ideal candidates will have six or more years of requirements, logical design and testing experience. They will also have experience of configuration and design of UK Life and Pension systems as well as experience of data modelling
