I am working with a business who continue to grow and expand their business. To support this, we are seeking an Accounts Assistant to support billing and accounts payable administration. You will work in a small team, within a larger finance function. Key tasks will include; Maintain customer invoice account details Update new customer details and process fees, advances and income Coordinate with large AP team to resolve queries and refunds Management of accounting data and ensuring accuracy Assistance of external audits Preparation of Direct Debit files The successful candidate will; Previous experience within Accounts Payable Studying Strong systems skills including Excel Ability to work to financial deadlines Strong communication skills Confident telephone manner This is a permanent position based on the outskirts of Lincoln, therefore the ability to drive is essential. This is a fulltime role and we ask candidates to be available to support month end deadlines.
