AP Clerk, Temporary, £12/£13 per hour PAYE Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire The client Our client, a well-recognised global organisation, is searching for a proactive candidate to play a key role in aiding this dynamic entity's progression. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, a strong transactional based skill set and will be immediately available. Desired personal qualities: - Hard working - Self-motivated - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels - Keen eye for detail Key duties: - Processing a high volume of invoices (over 100 per day) - Overseeing the reconciliation of the ledger on a regular basis - Matching purchase orders to purchase ledger and GRN's - Maintaining supplier accounts and setting up new ones - Making payments via BACS and cheques - Preparing payment runs - Processing staff expenses - Dealing with any ad hoc finance duties What you would get in return If chosen, you will be entitled to a competitive salary and benefits package.
