Group Financial Controller - Tech startup London £65/75k options Talentedge are proud to be partnering with a VC backed, Series A startup whose platform is used by millions worldwide. This is an amazing opportunity as it offers direct exposure to a heavweight senior leadership team including the CEO/Founder, a highly experienced Non-Executive Chairman and a CFO who has a wealth of high-growth company experience. It's also a very exciting time currently as the company moves from startup to scaleup. As Group Financial Controller, you will be tasked with building a best in class finance function with controls and processes designed to support a scaling business, as well as supporting all commercial business decision making. Key responsibilities to include:
• Manage the day to day finance function, continually making improvements to improve controls and efficiencies
• Prepare and own the consolidated monthly reporting
• Oversee all international entities from a reporting, compliance and tax perspective
• Analyse sales, pricing and costs, as well as other key company metrics
• Provide support to the consultant CFO on all commercial activities, including future fundraising
• Manage and develop a team of 4 Profile:
• Qualified accountant with relevant PQE within a growth business
• Technically very strong with group/consolidations experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
