Accounts Assistant Based: Haslinden

Up to 26k Our client, a fantastic, well known family business, are looking to add an Assistant Accountant to add to their team on a permanent basis. This role would suit someone with good experience of the day to day transactional duties together with experience of producing Management Accounts. Ideally you will be AAT qualified but my client will also look at candidate qualified by experience. Role: Prepare monthly managements Complex and large reconciliations Downloading large remittance reports Posting month end journals Calculating complex month stock journals Reconcile month end margins at department level Assist on month end cut off procedures Posting cash book/nominal transactions Bank and control account reconciliations Calculate and post intercompany transactions Reconciling intercompany account balances Accrual and prepayment calculations and journals Ad-hoc duties as required for a small accounts office This role would suit someone settled in their career, looking for longevity.
