Hays is pleased to be working in conjunction with one of Cambridge's most desirable businesses. The business is going through a period of expansion and they're looking to increase their head count of Finance Business Partner's.


Your new role
This role as Senior Finance Business Partner will give you oversight of the budgets for a number of business functions. You will be assisting with the measurement and target of business for all of their Enabling Functions, working closely with not only the Finance Business Partner team but other business areas including Mergers & Acquisitions.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven experience in commercial finance. You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels with the ability to present complex analytics in a concise manner. Confidence in financial modelling is needed, with the capability to learn new tools quickly.
