Finance Business Partner

A well-known property business is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for work alongside a significant division.

You will provide senior colleagues with insight and analysis to enable good decision making.

This will involve leading the annual budgeting process for the division looking at rent / cost / opportunities / risks also delivering KPI analysis.

You will also take responsibility for internal reporting and managing relationships with senior stakeholders in non-finance departments.

You will act as support for property deals and transactions from a finance point of view.

As a qualified accountant you will naturally strive to make improvements to processes and systems, possess excellent communications skill and demonstrate strong relationship building capabilities especially around accounting concepts when dealing with non-finance colleagues. Previous property experience is not a prerequisite but naturally you will be interested in the sector.
